Lobby
We have created a safe and secure lobby area which parents will be able to access through a FOB entry system. Parents/Carers will be assigned a FOB when they join the setting, this will give them access to the lobby area only. They will then have to press the Intercom for a staff member to allow them into the main building.

Baby Play SpaceList Item 1
We have created an open and accessible area for the Babies to explore. They are able to choose resources independently and move freely within the enclosed space.

Baby Sleeping Area
The Baby sleep area is located at the rear of the room with cots and sleep mats ready to cater for the Babies rest times. This area has been slightly sectioned off to provide a calming area for rest times.

KitchenList Item 2
Our kitchen area allows our Nursery Cook ample space to prepare and cook a range of meals for the children. Our menu's work on a four weekly rotation and are amended in relation to the seasons. All meals are cooked fresh on site daily.

Preschool RoomList Item 3
Our Preschool room has been designed to be inviting and engaging, supporting children's learning and development through offering a wide range of accessible resources. Within their Preschool years, it is important for children to gain the confidence and independence that will stay with them throughout their future years.

Preschool Book CornerList Item 4
Our book corner allows children to independently access books, story sacks and puppets to encourage an interest within literacy. The child size sofa allows added comfort for those who choose to spend some time immersed in books.

Preschool Toilets
Our children's toilets promote independence whilst offering the nursery teachers the accessibility to support when needed.

Lending Library
We are so excited to announce that we have set up our new 'Lending Library' set within our lobby.
Reading and listening to stories is an essential part of learning within the Early Years as this not only promotes for a love of books, but it helps to develop a number of areas:
- Promotes familiar relationships with adults who are reading the story to the child
- Builds confidence and self-esteem
- Aids cognitive development
- Supports the development of communication and language
- Supports good mental health and well-being
- Supports and builds foundations of good literacy and reading skills, preparing the way for school
- Supports the development of fine motor skills
- Supports the development of listening and concentration skills
We want to support our families where possible and would love to share our stories to ensure all children at our setting are getting the same opportunities to enjoy books.
