PRE-SCHOOL & DAY NURSERY

Here at Puffin’s we strive to provide outstanding care for children, giving them the best opportunity to grow and develop their knowledge and skills whilst having lots of fun!


At Puffin’s we aim to provide a home-from-home environment that is safe, nurturing and stimulating, allowing the children to feel happy and confident as they learn. Our premises have been newly refurbished, and our setting is based in a great location with easy access to the M25 and M3.

ENJOYING EDUCATION

We value how important the early years are, and therefore we aim to create an environment that will encourage each child’s development, enabling them to gain knowledge and experience whilst also continuing to develop skills they have already acquired. Whilst we recognise the importance of their intellectual and academic development, we also want the children to enjoy every moment they spend at Puffin’s pre-school.

Healthy Meals

All of our meals are prepared on site using fresh produce. We encourage children to eat well and build healthy eating habits to continue for years to come! We cater for all dietary requirements and allergies.

Long Opening Hours

We are open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year, with the exception of Public and Bank Holidays. We offer half day or full day sessions for flexibility and convenience.

Fully Qualified Staff

Puffin's have a small team of well-qualified and experienced individuals who all have a passion for children and providing the highest quality of care. We are always improving our knowledge and experience and seek to get to know you, your child and your family.

Home-From-Home

We realise the importance of helping children to settle and understand that parents/carers must feel comfortable leaving their children. We provide a home-from-home environment that is safe, nurturing and stimulating, allowing the children to feel happy and confident as they learn. 

Safety & Security

The children’s safety and well-being of those in our care is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Our staff adhere to a number of robust policies and procedures to ensure this is the case.

Activities

We feel it is paramount that every child is given maximum opportunity to gain knowledge and skills through a range of activities that are age appropriate. As well as having a daily programme of different activities, each child’s Key Person will plan activities alongside the EYFS Curriculum to suit the ability and interests of each child.
